GT50 - 48cc Head Gasket

The 48cc head gasket is punched out of quality aluminum sheeting to give a performance standard with extended life to make the important seal the between your bike motor head and the cylinder barrel to contain the explosive gases within the engine for increased power.

Tighten the head bolts in an X pattern using a torque wrench tool set at 10 feet per pound. Using the torque wrench ensures that the head bolts are correctly tightened down reducing the risk to strip the aluminum threads out of the motor base below the cylinder barrel.
